Not sure why this is so difficult, or am *I* the one in crazy land? The first millenium was from 1 - 1000, the second was from 1001 - 2000, and the third started in 2001 and will end in 3000. Using the exact same logic, the first decade was from 1 - 10, the second decade was from 11 - 20, and the third decade was from 21 - 30 … now fast forward to today: The 201st decade started in 2001 and...
